Karen, one of my former co-workers from For Children's Sake (the treatment foster care agency I worked at for almost 4 years), had a baby shower, which was a very fun reason for she and I, along with two other former FCS co-workers, to get together! This group includes myself, Melanie, Karen, Michelle and Kelley (who could not be at the shower) and the group has been getting together pretty consistently for almost a year. Though not everyone is able to make it each time, it keeps us at least emailing monthly and staying up with each other. Good friends that will hopefully last a lifetime! Karen is due towards the end of November and we are so excited for she and her husband Brian! They are going to have a little boy, Logan. :)
