It's so hard to believe Aaron is 15 months old. Just the questions his doctor asked today at his 15 month check up were about a TODDLER, not a BABY. Like, "does he mimick what you say? Does he bite, scratch, hit? Is he manipulative?" Well, I answered yes to most, b/c he's a human baby after all. :) His stats are:
-Height: 29 3/4 inches
-Weight: 22 3/4 lbs.
-Head Circumf: 52.07 cm
The doc said he looks really healthy. We are so thankful and blessed. We are going to start vitamins, which I haven't really researched yet but the doc called in a prescription of liquid vitamin drops to put into his milk. We'll see. Anyone else out there have advice or thoughts on baby vitamins? Is there a cost-effective option out there?
He got 4 shots today. :( He cried a lot but in about 30 seconds wanted to play with the blood pressure machine on the wall. He did reach for his daddy again, which is fine by me. He probably wasn't too happy with me for holding his arms down.
He's been saying (and trying to say) a LOT more these days. The CUTEST thing is that he puts his hand or any object he can find up to his ear and says "hewwo?" or "what?" or "bye" (in a babyish voice, not quite with proper enunciation). We laugh so hard. He also tells us that he's ready for bed when we ask by nodding his head, saying "Yeds" and heading towards the stairs or reaching to be picked up. It's just amazing that he's really starting to communicate with us so clearly! I love it. :) What a huge difference his new schedule is making with his willingness to go down for naps and bedtime.
