Spring has Sprung

Lots to catch up on for the month of April, so I'm going to try fitting it all in one post. :) First off, earlier this month, Aaron turned 10 months old. He got two new teeth in (his top two) and that just completes his look. What a little cutie! We also had a lovely visit from Mimi, and she and Aaron had a LOT of special time together. He really enjoyed getting to play with his Mimi! In this pix, he's wearing his Uncle Jordan's PJ's from when Jordan was a little guy.

We celebrated Easter, which in the pictures you'll see Aaron enjoying his Easter Basket that Mimi left for him, and he's wearing his big boy outfit that Gramps (Byrd) sent him! He looks SO cute and so grown up!

Then the week following celebrated both Nana's and our good friend, Lauren's, birthdays (Lauren's husband Stuart, came too!) Fun times eating out with Aaron, he tried some new things! He had his first tastes of pasta and whole peas, and pretty much gagged and spit them out. :) Aunt Rachel also came into town for a short, spontaneous visit. Aaron cooed and put his forhead against her's in greeting, it was pretty adorable.

His big developmental task is that he's FINALLY crawling on all fours now!! Up off the floor! We thought he'd commando crawl forever. He's also pulling half-way up, and sitting on his knees. He can go from crawl to sit and vice versa. Then, not to long after all this, he pulled all the way up to standing in his crib and on the couch. Watch out world!! He loves standing at his little activity table and is starting to walk around it (still holding on of course). Currently, I can't upload those videos b/c they take up too much memory, but Kevin's going to try to cut them down so we can fit them on the blog! Here's the crawling one at least.
