Fun Had by All

Our friends Corey and Nicole Grewell have a little guy, Tristan, who is turning 1 this month. Nicole's parents threw him a party on MLK Jr. Day, so we went over to celebrate. Aaron did very well not totally stealing the show, and discovered he loves to color (he mimicked Tristan's older cousins who were coloring at the coffee table). Mommy plans to get him some Color Wonder pens and paper this week so he can't turn our house into a giant coloring book with real markers. Anyway, Tristan's birthday cake was banana with chocolate frosting...really yummy!...and Aaron had some. It was his FIRST TASTE of CHOCOLATE. Very exciting. :) We think he approved.
