Daddy's Home!

Kevin has been gone for the past week on the youth choir's mission tour from our church. They left early Thursday morning, 6/25 and returned Thursday night, 7/2. We really missed him while he was gone! We wondered if Aaron's rough time sleeping all week was due in part to Kevin being gone. We weren't sure how Aaron would respond when he first saw Kevin. I kept telling him on the way to the church "We're going to see Daddy!" When Kevin stepped off the bus and walked towards us, with me holding Aaron, Aaron immediately reached out his arms, started whimpering, and lunged for Kevin! When Kevin took him into his arms, Aaron wrapped his little arms around Kevin, laid his head on Kevin's shoulder and wouldn't let go. This picture says it all. SOOOO good to have Daddy home!
